Marine Drive Condo
The condo building required waterproof repairs to its underground parking structure, presenting a unique opportunity to enhance the landscaping design. BTi collaborated with Synergy Partners engineers and worked closely with the condo board to develop a landscape design that met the client’s vision. The project featured a terraced rock garden along the entire street frontage, filled with a variety of vibrant perennials, grasses, and shrubs. Additional improvements included upgraded landscape lighting, new walkways, decorative unit paving, seating areas, and foundation plantings.
