The Collegeway Townhomes
BTi was commissioned by Sorbara Group of Companies to design and implement the landscaping for a new townhouse development in Mississauga, which also incorporates a commercial and retail component. The landscape design features a central playground, fitness stations, an activity lawn, and ample bike parking to encourage an active lifestyle for all ages. Additionally, the design includes a shaded seating area beneath a custom pergola, designed in collaboration with SturDesign. Decorative unit paving and thoughtfully designed raised planting beds further elevate the site. At the prominent corner of Ridgeway Drive and The Collegeway, decorative planter terrace walls and vibrant plantings provide year-round visual interest.
